For bookings made within 30 days of the event and during the weeks/weekends of major U.S. holidays (i.e. Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, etc.).

For 2026 + 2027 weddings and events, an initial $250 deposit secures your date. Venues 40+ miles round trip from Indianapolis incur a travel fee of $0.50/mile per musician.
