From grand openings and corporate celebrations to private parties and intimate events, Deoc provides live music for every occasion. We'll customize our ensemble and repertoire to create an experience that feels uniquely suited to your event. Because every event is different, all non-wedding performances are custom quoted.
We perform for a wide variety of events, including private dinners, corporate functions, birthday celebrations, baby and bridal showers, anniversary parties, retirement celebrations, holiday gatherings, memorial services, and more. If you're bringing people together, we'd be honored to provide the soundtrack.
How long will you play?
Performance duration can be customized to meet the needs of your event. Most bookings fall within a two-hour timeframe, but we'll work with you to create a schedule that complements your event's flow.
What ensemble should i hire?
We match the size of the ensemble to the size of your guest-list. Here are our reccomendations:
- 100 guests or fewer: Duet
- 100–200 guests: Trio
- 200+ guests: Quartet
do you travel?
Yes! Venues 40+ miles round trip from the center of Indianapolis include a travel fee of $0.50 per mile, per musician.
Can you add other instruments?
Yes. We work with a large network of musicians. We can add instruments such as piano, harp, or bass depending on the string ensemble chosen and if it fits with the music selections.
Does event type matter?
do you play outside?
Yes! For outdoor events, cover (tent/covered area/umbrella) must be provided to protect instruments from sun and rain. On colder days, a heater may be required. We can safely perform between 50°F and 95°F.
